The staff was phenomenal, especially Julia. Unfortunately we were not able to dine at their Michelin star restaurant because we were in for Dday and visiting other areas nearby. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean and I wished we had more time to relax, enjoy our stay and time in the city. Regardless, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here.

The room looks really nice. The room is really dark when the curtain is closed. Its big enough. TV is of good size. They make the bed for you every day. There was an elevator to bring you to the desired floor. Can make coffee and tea every day. You get 2 bottles of water on the house. Enough plugs to charge your phone. The personnel was very nice. The massage was relaxing.

Everything was excellent - and exceeded my expectations. Slightly out of the centre of Caen (but on several local bus routes), a very warm welcome. Bedroom was very spacious with lots of power points. Food was beyond excellent!! And with a shop on site, I could not resist buying lots of wonderful memories!! I hope I will return
